Yummy Alphabet Soup

A sensory, musical adventure for babies inside a magical bowl of Alphabet Soup

Yummy Alphabet Soup

A playful series of eight individual shows created especially for babies and toddlers. Every performance begins with the same joyful ritual — diving together into a giant bowl of alphabet soup and “swimming” through the letters — creating a sense of familiarity and anticipation from the very first moment. From there, letters come to life and friendly characters pop up to say hello.

Each show takes place inside a specially decorated 360-degree textile environment — an immersive Savannah Kids art installation designed especially for babies. Surrounded by soft fabrics, layered textures, and handcrafted details, children are gently held within a world that feels both magical and secure.

Through familiar nursery rhymes, gentle singing, simple movement, repetition, and sensory exploration, little ones are introduced to early language in a warm and engaging way. Each show is thoughtfully designed around what babies love most — rhythm, interaction, bright visuals, and playful discovery. Every performance explores new letters and characters, offering fresh moments of wonder within a reassuring structure.

Live music, performed on harp and guitar, creates a soft, calming soundscape that supports listening skills, emotional security, and sensory regulation.

Soft, immersive, and developmentally mindful, Yummy Alphabet Soup nurtures curiosity, connection, and joyful first steps into the world of letters and sound.
