and presents musical theatre content for children in an artistic and imaginative environment, with the aim
of encouraging creativity, imagination, and a positive emotional experience.
2. The stories come to life with the help of handmade puppets and accessories, original music and creative
storytelling. They promote good values and finding inspiration in everyday life.

4. These terms and conditions govern the terms of use of the website (hereinafter: the “Website”) whose
address is www.savannahkidstv.com operated by Savannah Zwi, whose offices are at Zamenhof 2, Tel Aviv.
(hereinafter: the “Website Operator”).
5. The site offers a variety of experiences and products for children and families, including:
• Videos and storytelling content for children
• Music for children
• Digital products, such as craft activity PDFs, educational resources, sheet music, and musical tracks
• Personal online experiences, including birthday calls via WhatsApp or FaceTime, and one-on-one
meetings on Zoom
• Handmade artwork and greeting cards
• Audiobooks and other creative resources
(hereinafter: "the Products").
6. Use of the site, including browsing, purchasing, registering or viewing content, constitutes full consent by
the user to these Terms and Conditions and the Site's Privacy Policy, which is presented in the appendix and
forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
7. If you do not agree to the terms of the Terms and Conditions - you are asked to refrain from using the
site.

Definitions
8. "User" - any person who browses the site and/or performs any action on it.
9. "Digital product" - online content, including videos, files, recorded or live lessons, delivered by digital
means.
10. "Physical artwork" - a physical product sent to the customer by mail or courier company.
11. "Transaction" – an agreement between the user and the Website Operator to purchase a product
through the website.

Purchase and payment process
12. Prices on the site are displayed as detailed on the product page.
13. Payment will be made using the payment methods offered on the site and subject to the approval of the
clearing company.
14. Completion of the transaction is conditional on the actual payment being approved.
15. Any person aged 18 or over, with full legal capacity, may make a purchase on the site.
16. Making a purchase is conditional on providing correct, complete and accurate details.
17. The Website Operator may prevent use of the site and/or cancel a transaction, at its discretion, in the
event of misuse or violation of the regulations.
18. The Website Operator is not responsible for malfunctions originating from external factors such as
clearing companies, banks or communication providers.
19. The Website Operator does not store sensitive financial information and credit card details and the
settlement is carried out directly with the credit companies, as detailed in the privacy policy.

Supply of digital products
20. Digital products will be provided Online, link, user account or email – as stated on the product page.
21. Access to the content is personal and non-transferable.
22. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or transfer the content to any third party.

Delivery of physical artwork
23. Artwork will be sent to the address provided by the user at the time of ordering.
24. Delivery times are approximate only and depend on external factors.
25. The Website Operator will not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, postal
malfunctions, etc.

Cancellation of a transaction and refund
26. Cancellation of a transaction will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer
Protection Law, 5741-1981.
27. In digital products – after providing access to the content, cancellation will not be possible, unless
otherwise expressly stated.
28. In physical artworks – a transaction can be canceled subject to the return of the artwork in new, intact
and unused condition.
29. Refunds, if any, will be made to the same payment method used to make the transaction.

Liability, Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
30. All content, tutorials, videos and accompanying materials on the site are provided for entertainment,
educational and knowledge enrichment purposes only.
31. To the extent that a competent court determines that any liability applies to the Website Operator, this
will be limited, in any case, to the amount actually paid by the user for the product in relation to which the
claim was made, at most.

Intellectual Property
32. All intellectual property rights on the site, including content, designs, texts, files and trademarks -
belong solely to the Website Operator.
33. No use of the content may be made without prior written permission from the Website Operator.
34. In any case where information from the site is used in an agreed manner, reference must be made to
this site via a link.

Privacy and Information
35. The website collects and stores information in accordance with the privacy policy published on the site,
which is an integral part of these regulations.

Indemnity

or cost, including legal expenses and attorney's fees, that may be incurred by them due to a violation of
these Terms of Use or unlawful use of the site or the contents, or due to damage caused to the user or a
third party as a result of use of this content.

Waiver of class actions
38. The user hereby agrees and confirms that any dispute, demand or claim relating to the use of the site,
contents or products will be resolved on an individual basis only.
39. The user expressly waives, in advance and irrevocably, any right to file a class action, a request for
approval of a class action, or to join as a plaintiff or a represented plaintiff in any class action against the
company.
40. Without derogating from the above, it is clarified that this waiver shall apply to the fullest extent
permitted by law.

Law and Jurisdiction
41. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel only.
42. The exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute shall be vested in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District of
Israel only.
