Past Highlights

Installation and Shows in Tel Aviv Museum of Art, 2025, Hungry Caterpillars and Magic Castles!
In August 2025, Savannah Kids presented an amazing installation of set pieces from The Magic Castle and other shows at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, including a giant textile world map and a variety of characters and animals. The exhibition was accompanied by three consecutive performances of Savannah Kids’ adaptation of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

Yummy Alphabet Soup - Immersive Performance Experiences for Early Years
The series of shows all began with diving into a bowl of alphabet soup! This interactive experience let young children explore, play, and learn through music, movement, storytelling, and hands-on sensory activities. Kids were fully immersed in a world of sound, color, and texture, encouraging curiosity, imagination, and lots of fun along the way. (August 2019)

Nahum Gutman Museum of Art Live Show - An Artistic Experience
Surrounded by the works of artist Nahum Gutman, Savannah Kids presented a special live storytelling show set in a magical house, filled with many different characters inspired by the art. The experience offered a rich visual tapestry, interactive play, and an art gallery tour, creating an engaging and immersive artistic adventure for young families. (Sept 2019)

Frozen 2 Release - ELSA Mania!
In December 2019, Savannah Kids celebrated the release of Frozen 2 with three epic, sold-out events. A real-life Elsa and Anna were in attendance, and all the children came dressed as their favorite Frozen characters — with over 600 little Elsas joining the fun! The movie screenings were preceded by Savannah performing songs from Frozen 1, adding a magical, live touch to the experience.

Installation and Shows in Tel Aviv Museum of Art 2020, Monet and Dinosaurs!
An unforgettable event in December 2019 featured an art installation of Savannah Kids’ sets and textile pieces from Dinosaur Extravaganza at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, alongside three performances of Mary Poppins Visits Monet’s Garden, a show designed to introduce children to the art of Monet.

Celebrating Eric Carle’s Birthday
In June 2025, at the Magid Community Center in Tel Aviv, young families gathered with Savannah for a special show and art installation of The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Children were invited to watch, participate, and explore a visually rich and musically upbeat storytelling experience inspired by the beloved classic.

Performance for World Environment Day – Saving the Magic Castle at Aluma Theatre
In June 2024, Savannah Kids performed the original show Saving the Magic Castle, a metaphorical journey of a princess who unknowingly plunges her enchanted home into darkness and learns how to bring back the light while caring for her surroundings. The special performance was accompanied by an art exhibition with a focus on conservation, recycling, and inspiring children to make a difference in the world around them.

Jolly Holiday Dinosaurs: Christmas & Chanukah Spectacular
A special dinosaur extravaganza with a festive Christmas and Chanukah twist! Audiences enjoyed lively performances of seasonal songs, watched the giant dinosaurs in full holiday costumes, met Santa, and even took part in lighting the Chanukiah during the Festival of Lights. (Dec 2024)

Purim with The Gruffalo
In March 2023, Savannah and friends ventured into the Deep Dark Woods, where they met the Gruffalo and all his whimsical friends on their way to a festive dinner party. But the big question remained: what’s for dinner? Savannah performed as the Mouse, dressed as Queen Esther, adding a playful and unexpected twist to the story!
